"We arrived at the house at about 7:00 pm. We had already visited the cemetery earlier in the day.  John told us a few things about the house but a couple of us had read much of the information on the website and a couple others chose to go in without any pre-conceived notions so he left us to our own devices.

We just sort of spread out and were checking the place out.  I (Vickey) was in the downstairs bedroom taking pictures when I felt something hit my leg.  I looked down and a child’s ball was there.  I’d read about the balls in the house so I gently shoved the ball back under the sewing machine with my foot-it immediately shot back at me.  I was laughing pretty hard and the others came to see what had happened but the ball would not move for anyone else.  I took the photographs below one after the other that shows the floor is light and “normal” then the next picture shows that there is a “shadow” on the floor and it is very dark, near the sewing machine.

 

The first time Kathy and Diane went into the attic nothing happened and we went downstairs to the living room.  Kathy was talking to the crystal (I believe she called it Katherine) and the crystal began to move.  At one point it was literally clanking-I’m not sure if that’s when she was playing the low notes on the piano.  It reacted to the piano several times.

We were taking lots of pictures and between us we went through 5 sets of batteries a piece-in 3 hours.  Diane had a video camera and we were getting ready to go upstairs.  She said “I have 305 minutes left to film” and she began to go up the stairs.  Immediately she said “my camera has gone green, it’s lost its power” and she was looking at it, trying to figure out what had happened.  The camera was actually still filming-it was just not showing that it was recording.

The second time Kathy and Angie went upstairs and Diane and I stayed downstairs.  I suddenly heard a huge crash-it sounded like a very large piece of furniture had fallen over.  I went running upstairs and asked what had happened.  Kathy was shouting and quite shaken.  She had been pushed to the ground (bruise and scratch on elbow to prove it).  She had skinned her knee, her elbow and chin.  We got her outside and she was gagging and quite agitated.  She said “it” had hit her in the middle of the back and knocked her down. 

Some time passed and Kathy and Diane went to the cellar.  Angela and I were taking lots of pictures of them in the cellar and some around the outside of the house.  They did not feel anything in the cellar and didn’t stay long down there.

Kathy and I were in the parent’s room-the mirror was partly uncovered-Kathy reached over to cover it.  I reminded her that she’d told me she wanted to uncover a mirror.  She said “Not now I’m not” and she finished covering it.  When I said something about that later, she did not remember being there and saying that to me.

When we went back in the house Kathy felt like she needed to go to the attic one more time.  We all went this time.  Kathy and Diane went inside and Angela and I stayed outside snapping pictures.  Kathy was on the mattress and Diane was on the other side of the room This is when we snapped the pictures below which show the floor as dry and then the wet spot. 

They were speaking very softly and Diane suddenly said “behind me, behind me, now”.  I snapped a picture and got the orb that we see as a little girl. At this time Kathy and Diane smelled a “putrid” smell that was very over whelming to them.  All of a sudden Kathy’s arm flew up in the air and she was flung backwards.  She said she felt like she was being held down.  She managed to get up and we all got out of there very quickly. After going outside, Kathy began getting sick and Diane felt as though she could get sick, but never did.

  

After she pulled herself together we went back into the living room.  We had decided it was time to leave the house. At this time the room began to feel very cold.  Diane began crying uncontrollably and it took awhile to pull herself together.  Angela sat in the leather chair in the corner-she suddenly said “I feel very cold all of a sudden”.  I (Vickey) told her to get up and walk away from it.  She did and left the cold behind.

The four of us formed a circle and Kathy said a prayer to allow us to leave safely.  As we left we were looking up at the attic windows and Kathy “something is watching me, I can feel it”. This is when I took the pictures below that show “it” looking down at us.

After leaving the house, overall all of us were very drained and shaken. At the stop sign leaving town, we all opened up all the doors in the vehicle and said with a scream “get out… you are not going with us” “you are forbidden”.

Since we have come home Kathy has been working on the pictures.  She is able to zoom in on them and has drawn out a number of “animal” appearing images from the rafters-they seem to be “lurking” there and it seems that we appear to find more things as we go back and look.

After reviewing the photo’s from my camera and Diane’s of that night, the one’s that we all chose to send you are some of the best one’s. This is not to say that the rest of the photo’s did not show anything, because most of them did. We just thought that 503 photo’s would be too many to send!

After our experience with the house, it is all of our opinions that this house is full of nothing but “evil”. However, with all of this being said, we are at this time planning another trip. Call it destiny if you will. We will be more prepared this time.

The following photographs were emailed to Darwin by Janelle Bahr, she obviously captured the black mist that appears in so many other photographs taken in the house. Here's Janelle story, "While I was there at the house on Saturday, I was taking pictures when we first entered the house.....I caught this shadow, which seemed to be moving.  I kept taking pictures there because I saw that it was on the picture so I kept trying to recreate the picture which caught the shadow.  I used a flash in the house so there shouldn't have been a shadow, and the pix that I am sending are all in order of which they were taken.  I also stood in one place and just turned my body to try to recreate the shadow.  No one else was moving because we had just walked into the kitchen where you were telling us more about the house.  Not sure what it is, or if it's even anything weird, but I thought I'd let you see them and you can decide for yourself :)   I took a picture RIGHT after I caught the big shadow, which I included, and it was 100% gone.

It happened to be a full moon the night we stayed. We had a GREAT time and will be back! Thanks ~ Bob Hanson

"Children's room.  The light on the closet could be our flashlight, but none of our other photos had the "Tail" or the brightness."

"Notice the "cloud" in front of the window, blocking the flash."

"In this photo taken right after the one above, there is a bright orb directly above the heater and the flash is clearly visible in the window." The sawhorse also seems to have moved slightly."

"This photo taken first. No spots."

"From a slightly different angle, however, there is a glowing spot in front of the window and the wood between the two seems distorted."
